Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Це подання раніше не було опубліковане і не надсилалося до розгляду редакціям інших журналів (або у коментарях для редактора нижче дані необхідні пояснення).
  • Файл подання є документом у форматі Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, RTF або WordPerfect.
  • Інтернет-посилання у тексті супроводжуються повними коректними адресами URL.
  • Текст набраний 12-м розміром кеглю з одинарним міжрядковим інтервалом; авторські акценти виділені курсивом, а не підкресленням (всюди, крім адрес URL); всі ілюстрації, графіки та таблиці розміщені безпосередньо у тексті, там, де вони повинні бути за змістом (а не у кінці документу).
  • Текст відповідає вимогам до стилістики та бібліографії, викладеним у Керівництві для авторів розділу "Про журнал".
  • Якщо матеріал подається у рецензований розділ журналу, при оформленні файлу подання були виконані інструкції щодо Гарантій сліпого рецензування.

Author Guidelines


І. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

 

The publication only accepts previously unpublished manuscripts that announce the journal's profile and the criteria of scientific quality. Manuscripts should be relevant in the subject matter, significant from a scientific and practical point of view, clearly structured compositionally.

 

Authors who do not have a scientific degree, as well as graduate students and applicants, should be provided with a review that contains a manuscript recommendation for publication (in scanned form). 

 

Manuscripts are submitted to the editorial office electronically (one file-file) to the address biguss@meta.ua or the site of the journal http://socio-cultural.knukim.edu.ua

 

A copy of the author's acknowledgment of the plagiarism check and the absence of illegal borrowings is also submitted. 

 

The articles in the journal are published in English only.

 

After submitting the materials, the author should work with the editorial office to remove any possible remarks.

 

Required stages of editorial board work before publishing articles are:

– check for compliance with the design requirements;

– implementation of internal and external review;

– plagiarism check.

  

ІІ. ARTICLE’ STRUCTURE

 

UDC , JEL Classification, Received

 

Informationabouttheauthor (s) in English, Ukrainian and Russian: name, surname; academic rank and scientific degree (authors who do not have a academic rank/scientific degree, indicate position: for example, postgraduate student, assistant, teacher, etc.); institution, city, country; personal E-mail; ORCID ID.

 

The title of the article is in English, Ukrainian and Russian (no more than 3 lines).

 

Annotation and keywords in English, Ukrainian and Russian:

 

Abstract (анотація / аннотация). The abstract is presented in one paragraph as a structured abstract and should contain the following elements: 1) Introduction (вступ / введение); 2) Purpose and methods (мета і методи / цель и методы); 3) Results (результати / результаты); 4) Conclusions and discussion (висновки та обговорення / выводы и обсуждение) (indicating novelty and practical significance) – 23-25 lines.

Keywords (ключові слова / ключевые слова) – 5-7 words.

 

Main text of the article (with the emphasizing of such elements):

 

1. Introduction, which includes:

1) The problem formulation;

2) State study of the problem (analyzes of recent publications (the most significant, recognized in the world), which are based on the author, with references to them in the list of References);

3) Unresolved issues (in the specified problem).

The volume of this section is at least 2-3 pages. 

 

2. Purpose and research methods.

In this section are indicated:

1) The purpose of the article;

2) The methodological basis of the study;

3) Research methods (indicating the tasks that were solved with their use);

4) Research information base.

The volume of this section is at least 1-1.5 pages.

 

3. Research results, which are presented logically, consistently with the full justification of their receipt and analysis, with references to References, Table, Figure.

 

4. Conclusions and discussion. Conclusions should be derived from the results of the study, be specific, clearly articulated and answered to the goal. The discussion of the results is carried out in separate paragraphs, where their novelty, practical significance and perspectives for further exploration in this direction are indicated.

 

Acknowledgement

The author indicates within which topic (title, state number) and by what grant or fund this publication was made. May thank editors, reviewers, etc.

 

Literature (not less than 15 most significant, including "fresh", publications; the design is in the style of APA):

 

1) List of reference links (only for articles containing sources written in Cyrillic) is submitted in the original language (placement – alphabetically: first sources in Cyrillic, then – in Latin);  

2) References. The same sources, but if the work is written in a language that uses the Cyrillic alphabet, then its description must be transliterated, and the titles of works and publications (books, magazines), in addition, must simultaneously be submitted in English (in square brackets).

 

Doi is required when describing journal articles.

 

ATTENTION: see samples on the site and follow the correspondence bet-ween the title of the article, the purpose, the parts of the main material, the parts of annotations and conclusions.

  

ІІІ. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR

THE DESIGN OF ARTICLE

 

Text figuration:

 

Format: 17х24 cm.

Fields – 2 cm from all sides.

Font: Times New Roman.

Font size:

the main text – 12;

UDC, JEL Classification, Received, information

about the authors, annotation, literature – 11.

Line spacing – 1.0.

Paragraph – 1 cm.

Orientation – book, without page numbering, without hyphenation.

Content – at least 15 pages.

 

Tables and figures:

 

The digital material is presented in tables with a serial number and a title, which are printed in the middle of the table (for example,

Table 2. Dynamics of solvency and liquidity of enterprises).

 

Figures should also be numbered, and they should have the name given under each drawing in the center (for example,

Figure 1. Interaction of institutions and market institutions).

 

Content of tables and drawings – 11 th font.

 

Under the tables and figures, the 10 th font indicates the source (for the table – from the paragraph; for the figure – for the center). For example, Source: developed on the basis of (Yatskiv, 2017)

 

Tables and drawings should be in book format and should be positioned the width of the entire page field.

 

The formulas are in italics (except numbers), placed in the center and numbered on the right side.

 

References:

 

References to the literature in the text should be submitted in the style of the AРA in the following form:

 

(Оliverrest, 2017), (Porter, 2014, p. 45), (Оliverrest, 2017; Porter, 2014), (Porter & Yansen, 2011b, рр. 78-79).

 

References to the work of three or more authors are given in abridged form: (Bevan et al., 2017).

 

For example, references to works and documents authored by an institution or organization are as follows: (The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012); (Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, 2017); (Council of Europe, 1999).

 

If the authors' names and surnames are indicated, the link is carried out as follows: John Оliverrest and Michael Porter (2016) assert “Management…” (р. 14).

 

References to the table, the figure and the formula are as follows: (Table 2); (Figure 1); (4).

 

Lists. Only dashes (–) or numbers with round brackets (for example 1), 2), etc., are used in the lists.

The authors retain copyrights to the work and at the same time grant the magazine the right to first publish it under the terms of theCreative Commons Attribution License, which allows other persons to freely distribute the published work with a mandatory reference to its authors and its first publication.

The author of the published article has the right to distribute information about it and to post references to work in the electronic repository of the institution.
